  • Во рамките на проектот "HEI Student Internship in NGOs - towards a functional bridge across WB (HEIntern<>NGO)" односно „Практиканска работа на студенти во невладини организации“ во рамките на Web4Yes програмата (https://www.web4yes.eu/) се одржува пракса во Центарот за образовни и развојни иницијативи ИНОВА ЛАБ Битола, во координација на доц. д-р Моника Ангелоска Дичовска од Инова Лаб Битола, во соработка со мрежата и членовите на Western Balkans Alumni Association во координација на доц. д-р Рената Петревска Нечкоска. Целта на праксата е студентите односно практикантите да се стекнат со повеќа знаења за функционирањето на граѓанскиот сектор, да ги усовршат постоечките и да стекнат нови вештини, како комуникациски, организацики, тимски, презентациски, дигитални и други вештини кои ќе им помогнат во нивното натамошно функционирање и настапување на пазарот на трудот. Праксата е менторирана од двајца ментори од Македонија и двајца ментори од Албанија, и тоа подеднакво од академски и невладин сектор.

    Проектот "HEI Student Internship in NGOs - towards a functional bridge across WB (HEIntern<>NGO) се имплементира од ИНОВА ЛАБ Битола во соработка со Inlsh Icla - ICLA Institute for Change and leadership Albania https://www.icla.co/contact-us/ and WBAA – Western Balkan Alumni Association https://www.western-balkans-alumni.eu/ во рамките на WeB4YES - Western Balkan Civil Society for Youth Employment Support финансирана од Европската Унија.

    Праксата се одвива во период од Октомври 2019г. до Јуни 2020г. и опфаќа 6 практиканти. Истата е поделена на три периоди и во секој период се вклучени по два практиканти.

    Ментори: Рената Петревска Нечковска, доцент на Економски факулет – Прилеп и раководител на истражувачкиот тим во WBAA, Елизабета Тошева, Претседател на НВО Инова Лаб Битола, Клаудја Кочи, претставник во националниот одбор на WBAA и активист во ППНЕА (видете точен назив) и Ентела Калеши исто позиција и организација.

    Практикантите што го поминаа првиот дел се стекнаа со бројни вештини, а како поважни можат да се споменат организациските вештини стекнати за време на организирањето и спроведувањето на волотерските акции и настани, дигитални вештини стекнати за време на работењето на moodleплатформата, тестирањето на вебинари и изработката на промотивни видео-клипови од идеја до пост-продукција и дисеминација, виртуелната размена со соодветните платформи за работа во виртуелни тимови, како и нови знаења во насока на изготвување на разни извештаи потребни за работењето на организација. Исто така практикантите посетуваа и посетуваат многубројни обуки и тренинзи во Македонија и странство, тркалезни маси, саеми, промоции и други активности.

    Дел од активностите во кои беа вклучени практикантите се следните:

    ➢   Подготовката на стратегиски план, во рамките на проектот “Од млади за млади”

    ➢   Учество на “Форум за наследување на семејни бизниси”

    ➢   Учество на саемот за волонтери – подготовка и претставување на организацијата

    ➢   Пишување и спроведување на проектот“Општествена одговорност – Згрижување на бездомни животни и рециклирање со волонтерската акција “Изградба на куќички за кучиња”

    ➢   Учество на тркалезната маса “Банка за храна - Македонија”

    ➢   Администрирање на содржини на fb страната Економисти Оптимисти

    ➢   Креирање на видеа за предностите од волонтирањето

    ➢   Тестирање на платформа за вебинари

    ➢   Одржување на YouTube канал

    ➢   Воспоставување на партнерства со странски организации

    ➢   Учество во национални и меѓународни обуки

    ➢   Учество во меѓународни размени

    ➢   Истражувања и подготовка на извештаи и многу други активности....     

    Проектот беше замислен да се посвети детално внимание и инструкции на определен број на студенти, кои би стекнале голем дијапазон на вештини. Со тоа, наместо бројност, целиме да постигнеме поголем ефект кај индивидуалните учесници - практиканти, кои во иднина своите знаења, компетенции и вештини би ги примениле и мултиплицирале во своите професионални кариери.

  HEI Student Internship in NGOs - towards a functional bridge across WB

  "HEI Student Internship in NGOs - towards a functional bridge across WB (HEIntern <>NGO) project, was implemented by INNOVA LAB Bitola with collaboration of Inla -  Institute for Change and leadership Albania and WBAA - Western Balkan Alumni Association, under the WeB4YES program - Western Balkan Civil Society for Youth Employment Support.

  The project HEIntern<>NGO included a mentoring process of six students by four mentors. Mentors from the Republic of North Macedonia from the academic and NGO sector were Ass. Prof. Dr. Renata Petrevska Nechkoska and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elizabeta Tosheva, and mentors from Albania were MSc Entela Kaleshi from NGO sector and MSc Klaudja Koci - WBAA member. The internships were realized into three groups of students (2 students for 3 months simultaneously). The project coordinator was Assoc.Prof.Dr. Monika Angeloska-Dichovska. The main objectives of the project are:

  • Learning by doing - improving youth knowledge, skills and competences to dive-into real-life action first hand, guided by practitioner/academic mentors.
  • Encouraging entrepreneurial initiatives and proactivity among young people in Western Balkan, especially from rural areas.
  • First-hand experience in preparation of a project proposal, events organization, multiple stakeholder communication etc.

  The first group of Interns (Emilija Geroska & Filip Taskovski) confirm their benefits through this three-month internship: to learn by doing, organizational skills development, team skill, planning and creativity, presentation, networking, writing and implementing projects, report preparation and many onther activities.

  Since the beginning of January 2020, the second group od Interns (Martina Krstevska & Christina Gelevska) of INNOVA LAB Bitola has started with activities. They together with their mentors from NGO and academic sector have defined future plans, goals and activities.

  Using digital tools and virtual mentorship HEI Student Internship in NGOs - towards a functional bridge across WB (HEIIntern<>NGO)

  The second group of interns sucessfully implement diverse activities. They actively practiced digital tools and developed digital skills, teamwork, organizational skills, creativity as well as communication and public relations skills through mentorship of prof. Renata Petrevska Nechkoska (academic mentor, from WBAA).

  The second group of Interns (Martina Krstevska & Christina Gelevska) completed the internship and realized signicifant activities: participated in national trainings, were part of the preparation of a project application, participated in international communication and concluded numerous partnerships for the current call Erasmus Plus, prepared numerous organizational documents and most develop IT skills, throught the preparation of videos, presentations, editing and preparation of posts for e-platforms and social media (moodle, facebook etc). 

  Since the begining of April 2020, the third group of Interns (Anastasija Dojchinovska & Gabriela Arginovska) have started with online activities. They together with their mentors from NGO and academic sector, actively cooperate by using Internet and online tools and have defined future plans, goals and activities.

  The third group of interns (Anastasija Dojcinovska & Gabriela Arginovska) finished their internship, but unfortunately it took place during the Corona pandemic. Most of their work was done virtual, so they improved their IT and organizational skills by preparing webinars, promotional materials and final event ect...

  Промо ден на практикантите на Инова Лаб Битола од проектот HEIntern<>NGO во рамките на WeB4YES - Western Balkan Civil Society for Youth Employment Support програмата со тоа што на практикантите им беа доделени сертификати за успешно извршената задача, а исто така беше одржан и координативен состанок за подготовка на on-line финалниот настан од истиот проект.

  Активностите од проектот HEIntern<>NGO полека завршуваат, а шесте практиканти во соодтветниот период покажаа огромен интерес, а исто толку и посветеност при извршување на активностите, како резултат на активностите и напорната работа тие се стекнаа со многу нови знаења и вештини кои им помогнаа во нивниот личен професионалниот развој, а секако и во развојот на организацијата.

  
  

  Promo day for the interns of Inova Lab Bitola from the project HEIntern <> NGO within the WeB4YES - Western Balkan Civil Society for Youth Employment Support program by giving the interns certificates for the successfully completed task, and also a coordination meeting was held for preparation of the on-line final event of the same project.

  The activities of the HEIntern <> NGO project are slowly coming to an end, and the interns in the relevant period showed great interest and commitment in carrying out the activities, as a result of the activities and hard work they gained many new knowledge and skills that helped their personal professional development, and of course in the development of the organization.

  Final event HEIntern NGO

  Финален настан од проектот “HEIntern<> NGO”. Говорници на настанот беа проектниот координатор - проф. д-р Моника Ангелоска-Дичовска, менторите од Македонија - проф. д-р Елизабета Тошева и проф. д-р Рената Петреска Нечкоска. Исто така свое излагање за партнерството и процесот на менторство имаа менторите од Албанија, м-р Ентела Калеши и м-р Клаудја Кочи.

  
  

  Практикнантите Филип Тасковски, Емилија Героска, Христина Гелевска, Мартина Крстевска, Габриела Аргиновска и Анасатасија Дојчиновска пред присутните го споделија своето практиканско искуство , ги потенцираа придобивките од истото и пренесоа порака на младите за искористување на ваквите можности.

  
  

  На финалниот настан беа презентирани постулатите на проектот, целите и резултатите кои се постигнаа за време на спроведувањето на проектот. Учествуваа повеќе од 40 гости и тоа покрај млади луѓе (средношколци и студенти), исто така преставници од граѓански организации, како и претставници од високо образовни институции.

  
  

  
  

  Final event of the project "HEIntern <> NGO". The speakers of the event were the project coordinator - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Monika Angeloska-Dichovska, mentors from Macedonia - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elizabeta Tosheva and Ass. Prof. Dr. Renata Petreska Nechkoska. The mentors from Albania, MSc Entella Kalesi and MSc Klaudja Koci, also spoke about the partnership and the mentoring process.

  The interns Filip Taskovski, Emilija Geroska, Hristina Gelevska, Martina Krstevska, Gabriela Arginovska and Anasatasija Dojcinovska shared their practical experience with the audience, emphasized the benefits of it and conveyed a message to young people to take advantage of such opportunities.

  The postulate of the project, the goals and the results achieved during the implementation of the project were presented at the final event. More than 40 guests participated, in addition to young people (high school and university students), as well as representatives of civil society organizations, as well as representatives of higher education institutions.
